You'll wish you could stay longer. Positive: We had a lovely room with a private deck. And we greatly appreciated the welcome basket along with the biscuits and tea/coffee. The decor was amazing with great attention to detail. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a bit challenging to stay only one night with two large suitcases because you wouldn't want to unpack but the unit was well done. Travelling with two carry-ons would be perfect. On site parking. A short walk to shops and restaurants. There was a recommendation given for breakfast and it was a great choice. Negative: We wished it hadn't rained so we could have relaxed on the deck.

Relaxing,high quality and very satisfying. Positive: No breakfast option available. Very clean and high standard of decoration and furnishings. Very quiet and relaxing environment.

Must stay here if visiting Inverness. Positive: Excellent location. Just a few minutes walk to many restaurants and shopping downtown. The property is immaculate. The rooms are so cozy and comfortable. We were a group of 4 couples traveling across Ireland and Scotland. We all agreed that this was the best stay of our vacation. Negative: We loved everything!

Loved it, it’s perfect and I would definitely go back Positive: This was a lovely bit of luxury after walking the great glen way. Room was beautiful with everything you need and more. Big spacious bathroom with a fab shower. I loved the hamper on arrival, was perfect. There’s a lovely garden space, it is right next to car park, so not completely private, but we managed to sit outside and relax. The location is excellent and I loved the wee sitting room with a bar. Only critique, is it is all self service, so you don’t meet anyone to say thank you ☺️ Negative: I wish we could have met the owners to say thank you for our stay. And I wish there had been room service for our second night stay.

Schönes ruhiges Zimmer in guter Lage in Inverness Positive: The Koko Rooms ist ein Hinteranbau eines schönen Hauses. Man fährt auf die Rückseite und hat eigene Parkplätze. Es kommt komplett ohne Interaktion mit den Eigentümern aus. Man erhält einen Code für die Eingangstür und Zimmer. Das Zimmer war wunderbar sauber und schien nagelneu. Die kleine Terrasse konnten wir ob des Wetters nicht nutzen, aber auch die ist sehr schön anzusehen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, fußläufig in die Altstadt und zum Schloss von Inverness. Sehr gerne wieder.
